Correct an entry, or dispute a score
How a vendor corrects a fact, grants access for a higher-evidence re-score, or disputes a ranking. No fee, no account, and every correction dated on the entry.
Every entry in this directory is built from what a vendor publishes about itself. That method has a known failure mode: it records what was on your website on the date we looked, which is not always what is true.
There is no fee for any of this, and no listing to buy. Correcting an entry does not move a platform up a ranking, and refusing to engage does not move it down.
Three things a vendor can do

Correct a fact
A price, hosting location, certification, language count, or law reference that is wrong or out of date. Send the correction with the URL on your own site that shows it, and the entry is updated and re-dated.

Raise your evidence tier
Most platforms are scored on public pages alone, which caps what any score can show. Give a reporter-side or handler-side account and the platform is re-scored against the same rubric at a higher tier, with the new tier published.

Dispute a score
Point at the criterion, the score given, and the evidence you say contradicts it. Every dispute is answered. Where the evidence holds, the score changes and the entry is re-dated.

One address handles all three. Write from a domain that matches the platform, or say who you are.

- You get an acknowledgement, normally within five working days.
- A factual correction is checked against the source you cite and, where it holds, applied and re-dated. Where the published page still says something different, we say so and cite it rather than choosing between the two.
- A re-score runs against the rubric version published at the time, not a new one written for the occasion. The new evidence tier is published alongside the score.
- A disputed score is answered either way. It changes and the entry is re-dated, or the evidence already cited for that criterion stands and you are told which.
How stale an entry can get
Every entry carries the date it was last checked against the vendor's own pages. 33 of 126 entries are currently older than four months and are flagged as due for re-verification on their own profile. A vendor who has just changed pricing or hosting does not have to wait for that cycle.
